The three schedule fields are taken from the sales order information screen and are as follows;
- Cust Req Date – The date that the customer has specified that they require the order delivered. This is usually stated on the Purchase Order
- SLA Date – The service Level Agreement Date is the date calculated by the system based on the customer’s Ranking and the Production Lead Time of the Part Number
- Promised Date – This is the date that the customer has been promised that the job will be completed – this defaults to the customer required date but can be overwritten
