Click on <+Add> button (A above) to create a new result sheet or click on an existing result sheet (B above) to modify it.
If it is a new sheet, give it a name (A below).
Click on the <Save> button to save the changes or the ‘Back’ button to ignore changes (B above).
Create/modify the sheet in the following window.
You can delete a row by double clicking on the field (B below) and then clicking on ‘x’ (A below). To change the names of the rows in the first column you double click on the field (B below) and then modify the text. You can add a row by clicking on ‘New Row’ (C below) and typing in the row name.
You can rename the columns by clicking on the column title (A below) and typing in the column name eg ColumnB has been changed to ‘Lower Limit Variable’. If you click on the ‘X’ (C below) the entire column is deleted. To enter text in Column A, Column B etc you need to click on the <On/Off> (B below) slider above the column to ‘On’ then you can click on a cell to enter text. You enter calibration results in the columns that ‘Reference’ is set to ‘OFF’ when you are recording calibration results.
To add another column enter the column name where it says ‘New Column’ (D below) and press <Return> or click outside of the box to automatically save changes.
Click on ‘Back’ (A below) to close window. If you click on ‘More’ (B below) you can ‘Up Version’ the document or ‘Copy’ it.
You can then choose which results sheet, created here, you want to use in the Assets window.
