Single Quotation
Single quotations are created when a price breakdown or additional line items are not required, Single quotations will maintain the same quote and group number reference. An accumulation of costs will appear in the right of the window, giving more visibility of potential losses, these are highlighted in red. A manual entry of a quoted price is available against the Quoted Unit Price field or alternatively if a percentage markup is preferred select the calculate button to open the percentage uplift pop up. It is possible to set a required markup percentage in the system parameters ensuring users will know of any intended limits, alternatively a default percentage of 0% will highlight any quotation exceeding this limit.
