Once you have sent the asset to be calibrated, click the ‘Calibration’ tab.
To internally calibrate an asset, select the asset and click ‘Calibrate’.
The first thing you will need to do is choose the equipment that you wish to calibrate the asset with.
You will need to select if you want to use ‘Only Reference Equipment’ or ‘Only Calibrated’ equipment.
For an asset to appear when ‘Only Reference Equipment’ is ticked it must be selected as reference equipment on the Asset Details.
To allocate the equipment, click the green ‘+’.
The equipment will then appear in the ‘Allocated’ section.
Recording Internal Calibration Results
To start recording results select the blue ‘>’
You can then Record Results as Found.
You can find out how to create Results Sheets here.
If you are calibrating an asset remotely then you can download the Excel document to take with you and then upload it when you are finished.
This will open up an Excel template.
Once you have filled in the template, upload it by clicking ‘Upload’. This will then populate the below sheet. Click > to Record Results as Left.
Once you have recorded the Result as Left, choose a status.
These dropdown fields are customisable in the Custom Fields in Settings.
Then click ‘Calibrate’.
Internal Calibration Certificates and Results
The overview of the Internal Calibration and its certificate can be found in the Calibration tab.
You can select to view the Results or Certificate.
The certificate will be downloaded as a PDF document.
