Navigate to Network⇒Sales Order Processing⇒Customer Reject
Click New in the Customer Reject List
This opens the New Customer Reject page
Select the name of the customer who has returned parts from the drop down list, enter a date in the Responded Date (This is the date that you are acknowledging receipt of the rejected parts) and the Customer NCR number. The Internal NCR Number can also be entered here if required.
Then, from the drop down box, select the original Customer Order number that the rejected parts were processed on (the drop down box will only show order numbers that have been delivered to the selected customer)
Then, from the drop down box, select the Delivery Note number that the rejected parts were originally delivered on (the drop down box will only show Delivery Notes that relate to the selected Customer and Order Number)
Then, from the drop down box, select the Job Number that relates to the rejected parts (the drop down box will only show Job Number(s) that relate to the selected Delivery Note number)
The rest of the Job Details are then auto-filled using the information from the original job number and cannot be changed
The original invoice value is also completed.
Enter the Customer Reject Details from the Customer’s NCR
Note – If the required Fault Code Family or Fault Code are not in the drop down menu, these must be created
Click Save and the Re-route sheet can now be previewed and printed.
