Navigate to Network⇒Quotations⇒Quotation and then click New
In the Quotation Info page enter all the relevant details – the mandatory fileds have to be completed – and then click Save
Once saved, select the Quotation Item tab and then click New
Complete the New Quotation Item with the required details (mandatory fields must be completed) and then click Save Quotation Item
Click Close Quotation Item and you will be returned to the Quotation Item list where the newly created quote item will show with the status logged
Once all Quotation Items have been added, the quotation can be printed and/or emailed
Note – If quotations are set to require approval, they must be approved before they can be printed or emailed
In the Quotation Info page, select Print or send email as required
