The dashboard pulls in real time data which allows you to visually display and analyse your businesses key performance indicators
Creating a Tab (Normal or Filtered)
To create a tab, first click on ‘Edit’ in the top right corner.
Then go to the dropdown menu and select ‘New Board’ or ‘New Filtered Board’.
New Board
Create a name for your new tab and click ‘OK’. You will then be able to add reports and share it.
You can then add up to 6 reports to each tab.
New Filtered Board
If you are creating a Filtered Board you will need create a name, and select the Data Set and Filter.
Your datasets will appear under the title ‘Big Data’.
If you want to filter your data set by a certain filter eg ‘Customer’ then you will need to ensure that you have added the ‘Customer’ Filter to each report.
Deleting a Tab
To delete the tab, click on the red ‘Delete’ button.
Sharing a Tab
To share a tab, click on the black ‘Share’ button.
Then choose which users you want to share the dashboard tab with by clicking on the ‘+’ next to their name. They should then appear under ‘People Added’.
- Please Note: The user(s) you have shared the Dashboard Tab with will be able to add the tab to their own dashboard, however they will not be able to edit it.
