Multiple Quotations are created for price break options against an original quotation.
Create a single quotation see Creating a Single Quotation
Use the Action Button or right click anywhere on the quotation window to display further menu options, select Multiple Quotes this will open the multiple quotation window.
In the multiple quotation window click Add to copy the original Quote allocating it with a new Quote number retaining the same Group Reference number.
Edit the quantity in the new line by clicking in the field, then tab to the Quoted Price field to calculate the new Quoted Price; this calculation will take into account the fixed costs (like setting times) over the revised quantity, applying the same percentage uplift as the original quote.
The quoted price can be manually edited if required or double click on the price and change the percentage uplift. Repeat for subsequent quantities.
On completion select Exit to close the window.
Use the actions button or right click, select Print Quote.
Select from all Quotes with this Group Reference
Highlight the quotes required for printing, for individual selection highlight the first quote then using the CTRL key can select additional quotes keeping the key depressed. If all quotes are to be selected use the Select All button, for all instances select the OK button to continue.
A preview of the printable document will appear, selecting the print icon in the top left, will print the document.
Selecting OK will prompt to email the quotation and convert to Issued
