The Customer Req and Promised dates can both be amended – however, the SLA date is set based on the customer ranking and cannot be amended
Navigate to Network⇒Sales Order Processing⇒Sales Order
Double click on the relevant Sales Order, select the Order Item tab, double click on the line number whose dates are to be amended, select the Schedule tab and then click the edit icon
In the pop up window, amend the Cust Req Date and/or the Promised Date using the drop down menus and then press Save
The dates are now changed – click Save Order Item to confirm the changes followed by Close Order Item.
