The analyse section is a data visualisation tool that pulls data in real time, and creates reports to present your calibration data.
Creating a Report
Click the ‘Add’ to create a report.
Create a name for your Report and click ‘Save’.
You will then see an empty table design. You can add all the fields by clicking ‘Add all’ or you can drag and drop certain fields into the blue dotted box.
For Example: Below I have created a report showing when my assets next need to be calibrated and where they are currently located.
Filtering a Report
If you wish to filter this information down even further, click the ‘Filter’ tab.
To filter the information, drag and drop the fields you wish to filter by into the box.
I want to filter my report by all upcoming calibrations due in the next twelve months. I have pulled the ‘C1 Calendar’ field into the filter box and changed the Type to ‘Next Twelve Months’.
To view the report, go back to the Analyse section and select the report.
You can then either Edit or Export the report.
Exporting a Report
To export the report, go to ‘More’ and then click ‘Export.
The report will be exported in an Excel document.
