To schedule calibration of an asset you need to set up a max of 2 controls.
There are 2 sets of controls. (A above) and (B above). The first one to be reached will trigger a reminder for the Asset to be calibrated. If you click on the ‘Control’ box you can enter the type of control you want to set up. Boxes C, D, E above will allow you to select what type of control you wish to setup.
The progress bar (below A and B above) shows you how close to calibration the Asset is as a percentage. It will change colour the closer to requiring calibration it gets – red from about 90% onwards).
If you select ‘Calendar’ from (A below) the Time Unit (B below) can be set for Months/Weeks/Days and Value (C below) would be the number of months etc before calibration.
If you select ‘Timer’ (A below), the Time Unit (B below) can be set for Days/Hours/Minutes and Value (C below) would be the number of days etc before calibration. ‘Countdown’ (D below) is where the countdown is to be calculated from ie from when the Usage is entered or from when the Asset changes its Location and is then returned to Store.
If you select ‘Counter’ from (A below) the Time Unit (B below) can be set for a unit set in ‘Settings’. Value (C below) would be the number units left before calibration.
If you select ‘NCR’ from (A below) the Value (B below) would be the number of units before NCR check.
