You can add an image of the asset by dragging and dropping an image into the box (A below) or click on the box to open a browser window that will allow you to navigate and select a saved image of the Asset.
You can enter all the details about the Asset.
Choose if the asset is ‘Standard Equipment’ or ‘Reference Equipment’ by toggling the button (A above). If ‘Reference’ it can be used to calibrate other Assets.Name the Asset and give it a description (B above).
Assign an owner to the Asset (C above) – click on the down arrow to get a search field up, enter all/section of name and all people who fit the search will be displayed ready to beselected. Click on the person you want to select as owner.
Note: Only users who have been created by your Company Administrator in the Adminapp will show here. The telephone and email are taken from the Users account details
and displayed.
Select the manufacture (D above), location etc by clicking on the down chevron next to the Field which will allow you to select options created in ‘Settings’.
Fill in the other fields ‘Date Acquired’, ‘Unit’ etc by clicking on the boxes.
If there are any files you wish to save regarding ‘Standard’, ’Procedure’ or ‘Uncertainty’ drag and drop them in the boxes (A below).
