It is possible to record communications with your suppliers within the system to allow other users to see the latest developments in any relation or discussion.
Navigate to Data⇒Organisation⇒Supplier
Locate the supplier you wish to amend, using the Search function if required. Double click or click the edit icon to open the supplier record.
Click on the Communication tab
Here you can view existing notes or create a new one by clicking on the New Note button.
Enter your notes in the popup window.
If you want your note to display to users when they are creating a purchase order, tick the box “Show this note when entering a purchase order for this supplier”.
Then click on the Save button.
Your note will now be listed with the author and the date and time it was entered – Click Save
