Release V925.38 – 16th November 2022
Introduction
Updated versions of our ERP systems have been released. The purpose of this document is to present an
overview of the new developments included within the V38 release.

Major Developments
CRM <> DNA integration
Functionality has been added to DNA & Fitfactory’s CRM application (www.fitfactory.com/crm) to
allow integration:
- Customers & suppliers, along with their addresses & contacts can now be synced
- Parts lists from DNA are now available for selection when entering an opportunity on CRM
- Opportunities created on CRM can be passed to create RFQs on DNA
- Resulting quotation details can be passed back from DNA to update the original opportunity on CRM.

- Stock sorted alphabetically by stock code on Network=>Inventory=>Stock
- Part list can now be filtered by part colour
- Secondary filter added to group job list
- Part colour, Route name, Customer required date & Promise date added to filter on group job list
- Promise date & part colour columns added to group job list
- Part colour column added on Network=>Production=>Group Job=>Group page
- Planning sheets can now be filtered by part colour & route name in where the company type is ‘Treatment Company’
- Customer required date & promise date columns added on planning sheet list where the company type is ‘Treatment Company’
- Improvements to the Valuechain ‘Customer Portal’ <> DNA integration (contact sales@valuechain.com for more information)
- Improvements to nominal splits & foreign currency transactions on Pegasus Opera csv exports (Analysis & Transactions)
- Notes added on Data=>Production=>Part=>Communication can now be shown when on sales order items
- Archived customer specs can now be hidden on customer specs reports
- Route name & description are now listed when using Data=>Production=>Part=>Route=> Create Route=>Copy detail from another route
- Expiry date can now be entered when using the SFDC for Goods In
- ‘Other NRCs’ can now be renamed as required & selected from the NRC list on sales orders & quotations
- System optimisation
- Amendments to crystal view fields:
- Sub assembly batch IDs added to CR_PartsAllocated
- Various template, report & bug fixes
