Release V863.29 – 23rd March 2021

Introduction

Updated versions of our ERP systems have been released. The purpose of this document is to present an overview of the new developments included within this release.

Major Developments

1.       Addition of Commercial / Customs Invoices

A Commercial / Customs invoice can now be generated for a delivery notes or group of delivery notes for use when exporting items to the EU.

EORI number fields have previously been added to My Company, Customer & Supplier records. Incoterms can be set at a default option per customer address and can be amended on a Sales Order as required.

When a customer’s address is set as requiring a Commercial / Customs invoice, all delivery notes to that address are put onto a list to be added to a Commercial / Customs invoice. This list allows users to select one or more delivery notes (with the same Incoterms applied), generate the invoice and add details such as package size, place of loading, final destination etc. There are currently two templates available for the document. 2.       Improvements to Locations

A new page called ‘Location Category’ has been added in Data=>Production, allowing locations to be grouped, by room or department for example.

Changes to the locations recorded against jobs can now be seen in Network=>Production=>Jobs=>Log and changes made to tooling locations can be found in Network=>Inventory=>Tooling=>Tooling List=> Usage History.
