Release V858.28 – 5th February 2021
Introduction
Updated versions of our ERP systems have been released. The purpose of this document is to present an overview of the new developments included within this release.

Major Developments
1. Additional Data Capture links added
It is now possible to add Data Capture templates (formerly iQapture) to several more areas of DNA:
Our Data Capture module replaces fragmented spreadsheets with a simple integrated system. It captures manufacturing data for contract review, machine maintenance, sustainability initiatives, HR or pretty much anything you can think of. 2. Improvements to Business Intelligence integration
Active contacts at customers and suppliers can now be pushed directly to our suite of apps, so that sharing Business Intelligence reports (formerly AnalytiQs) with your contacts is even easier.

3. Tool Allocation on SFDC
Functionality has been added to allow users to allocate tools to jobs from the SFDC. Tapping the ‘Allocate Tool’ button will open a window where the Tool SL number can be entered or scanned. If the selected tool has not been scheduled for the job via the BOM, the user will be prompted to confirm the selection. All tooling usage will be recorded in DNA.
4. Stock Request Improvements
When an item from a stock request is removed from the purchase requisition list without being purchased, a popup window now allows the user to enter the reason for the removal and close the stock request if required.
5. Improvements to FAIR Functionality
FAIRs (Network=>Production=>FAIR/PPAP) can now be filtered by part number.
Changes have also been made so that Jobs with the FAIR status of ‘Internally Approved’ can be completed and delivered to customers.
6. Time & Attendance Reporting Improvements
Improvements have been made to the overtime calculations within Time & Attendance reports to allow for breaktimes within a shift. If an employee starts a shift outside of the allowed ‘Late minutes’, the number of minutes they are late can now be displayed on the Time & Attendance reports.
7. EU Export Compliance
EORI number fields have been added to My Company, Customer & Supplier records. Incoterms can be set at a default option per customer address and can be amended on a Sales Order as required. Full customs invoice functionality will be available shortly.
8. Addition of Invoice Export to Sigma Accounts
When exporting invoices, there is now the option to export them in the suitable format for the Sigma Accounts Package.
9. Direct Printing of Crystal Documents
This latest release has the ability to send crystal documents straight to a printer if there is a PDF reader installed on the PC rather than opening them in a browser. When viewing crystal documents on a browser, improvements have been made to ensure the security of the url.
