Release Version V815.23 – 17th January 2020

Introduction

Updated versions of our ERP systems have been released.  The purpose of this document is to present an overview of the new developments included within the release.

If you have any feedback about our software products, please get in touch at support@valuechain.com. Many of the features added to the products are as a result of ideas and inputs from our customers and partners. For any DNAam specific enquiries, please email support@dna.am

Major Developments

1) MYOB Accounts Package Export
A new option has been added to the ‘Export To’ dropdown on Network=>Invoice=> Integration to allow exports to the MYOB accounting package (mainly used by Australian customers).

2)   Acceptance Standards on Operations
Sometimes, a customer can request an operation/process to be carried out to one standard but will require the parts to be inspected/accepted to another (e.g. this is sometimes the case for NDT operations). There is now the option to add Acceptance Standards and then link them to Operations. These are then available to select when adding operations to routes.

If you wish to start using these and require amendments to your job card and/or CoC templates, please contact support on support@valuechain.com to discuss.

3)   Splitting batch IDs on SFDC
When a job is split with the main DNA system, it allows the user to split the batch IDs / serial numbers too, to ensure that the correct IDs follow the correct jobs. This is now also possible via the SFDC. After splitting a job on the SFDC, return to the main menu & select the ‘Split Batch’ tile in the menu & split the batch IDs / serial numbers as required.
