Works Order Assistant
The works order assistant helps raise works orders where there is a demand from other works orders. This is particularly useful for items made for stock, then sourced to multiple customer orders.
The works order assistant searches for all unsourced manufactured parts, and with the options on the right-hand side sourcing of parts can be done by either selecting existing stock or creating a new works order to satisfy the demand.
Unsourced Works Order Parts
This table will list all the parts required from all works orders, filter can be applied.
Source this Part
With the works order highlighted in the table, the fields in the source this part will display the quantity needed. Additional parts can be added for stock and if any parts have been already sourced this will be displayed in the Already Sourced field. If no parts have been sourced the shortfall field will display the quantity still needed.

Raise New W/O?
